Privacy Policy for ReproIQ
ReproIQ, operated by ReproIQ, Inc., provides clinical-grade infrastructure for fertility care coordination. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our partner clinics and their patients through high-trust, high-transparency data practices.
1. Introduction
This policy outlines our commitment to data privacy and security. As a clinical-grade intelligence layer, we recognize that reproductive health data requires a higher standard of care. This policy applies to all data handled via the ReproIQ platform and its associated clinical workflows.
2. Our Role as a Business Associate
ReproIQ operates as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We enter into formal Business Associate Addendums (BAAs) with our covered entity partners (clinics and labs) and our sub-processors to ensure a continuous chain of compliance and data protection.
3. Data Collection and Use
We collect and process only the information strictly necessary to facilitate patient care and coordination, including:
- Clinical Coordination Data: Information required to trigger appointment reminders, intake confirmations, and portal access.
- Contact Information: Patient contact details provided via affirmative consent during clinic intake processes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal or clinical data to third parties. Data is used exclusively to power specific clinical workflows and accelerate patient pathways.
4. Security Commitment
ReproIQ is built with privacy-first principles. We maintain a "Security-First" architecture to ensure that all data is protected against unauthorized access. Our commitment includes:
- Full encryption of data both at rest and in transit.
- Strict adherence to HIPAA and HITECH standards for Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Continuous monitoring of our systems to maintain clinical-grade integrity.
5. AI Ethics and Transparency
Our AI workflows are designed with clinical nuance and accountability in mind. We believe in "Human-in-the-Loop" systems where AI acts as a supportive layer to help clinicians close care gaps and streamline operations, ensuring that final clinical oversight remains with qualified healthcare professionals.
